For 25 years, Ranchlands had called the Chico Basin Ranch their home. Then out of the blue, the Colorado Land Board voted to open their lease for auction and they lost the bid. 2024 was their last year on the Chico.

Peter’s film work has been his core offering for fifteen years. His films have had over a million views online. He has created a variety of brand films for Ranchlands, Beyond Meat, Comcast, Coinbase, Stetson, and Auberge Resorts, ads for agencies including Deutsch, Mother and Frog Design, and his award-winning short documentaries have been featured in film festivals and Vimeo Staff Picks.

TOURISTS CABINS
On purchasing the original motel that now is the site for Tourists Hotel, the team were also offered the chance to purchase a large factory and warehouse that had once been the industrial heartbeat of the town of North Adams.

At 22, Lynae began a 6 month apprenticeship as a ranch hand in New Mexico, with next to no experience. Within 4 years, she runs the entire ranch single-handedly. 2 hours from the nearest grocery store, Lynae’s is a life spent in the wildness.
LENNY’S GARAGE
Lenny Shiller is a lifelong Brooklyn resident and classic car collector. He has amassed a staggering 58 rare classic cars. Lenny spends his time restoring and maintaining his collection, intending one day to pass them on to the next generation.
